ORDER PROCESSING

I always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. If it is in stock, I will ship it out within 48 hours. Many items are made to order and will take up to 2+ weeks to send. Normally, I can make it and ship within a week. I will send you an email upon receiving your order and let you know when it will ship. If you are in a rush, please email me and let me know so I can do my best to get it to you by the time you need it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I will ship USPS mail with tracking and insurance. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. I am not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. I do not pay shipping, duties, or taxes on any items that are returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will be shipped USPS priority with insurance for $60.00 (Canada $40.00). It usually takes 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. Any additional fees for imports, customs etc are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

REPAIR

Please contact me with any repairs needed. I guarantee free repair service for one year from the date of your purchase. This applies to normal wear and tear. To request a repair, please contact me before returning the item.
